Are ROOMY'S diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. ROOMY'S uses lab-grown diamonds. They are real diamonds with the same chemical make-up, hardness and sparkle as mined diamonds. The only difference is that they are grown in a lab instead of being mined.
Is my jewellery certified?
Our diamond jewellery can be certified by IGI or SGL. The certificate details for each piece are shown on its product page.
What gold do you use?
Our jewellery is made in 9K, 14K and 18K, in yellow, white and rose colours. The gold type of each piece is shown on its product page.
How is the price worked out?
The price is made up of the gold (weight x today's gold rate), the diamonds, the making charges, any other charges, and 3% GST. You can see the full price breakup on every product page.
How long does delivery take?
Most pieces are ready to ship in about 3 days. The delivery time for each piece is shown on its product page.
Can I see the jewellery before I buy?
Yes. You can visit one of our stores, book a home appointment, or book a video call and we will show you the piece live.
Where are your stores?
We have stores in Mumbai (Borivali, Vile Parle, Bandra), Jaipur (Vaishali Nagar) and Hyderabad (Banjara Hills). Each product page shows which store has that piece.
