Yes. ROOMY'S uses lab-grown diamonds. They are real diamonds with the same physical and chemical properties, hardness and sparkle as mined diamonds. The only difference is that they are grown in a lab instead of being mined.

Is my jewellery certified?

All the solitaires above 1 carat are IGI certified and you receive an in-house ROOMY'S certificate for each and every piece of jewellery, which is mandatory for all exchanges and buybacks. Our diamond jewellery can be certified by IGI or SGL.

What gold do you use?

Our jewellery is made in 9K, 14K and 18K, in yellow, white and rose colours. The gold type of each piece is shown on its product page.

How is the price worked out?

The price is made up of the gold (weight x today's gold rate), the diamonds, the making charges, any other charges, and 3% GST. You can see the full price breakup on every product page.

How long does delivery take?

Most pieces are ready to ship in about 3-5 days. The delivery time for each piece is shown on its product page.

Can I see the jewellery before I buy?

Yes. You can visit one of our stores, book a home appointment, or book a video call and we will show you the piece live.

Can I customize a piece of jewellery?

Yes. Most of our designs can be made in yellow, rose or white gold, in a different size, or with a different diamond weight. Choose a “Made to order” colour on the product page, book a video call, or message us on WhatsApp. We will share the price and making time before we start.
